Hyper Vigilance, LLC is committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities, and to being exact about what we have and have not verified.

Our target. We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

What we have measured. Accessibility checks run automatically on every build of this site, and a build that fails them does not ship. There are three of them: automated testing with axe-core across every page; an independent contrast measurement of every rendered text node against the AA thresholds; and a layout sweep of every page at every viewport width we test, in both light and dark color schemes. Any failure they find is recorded under known limitations below. The site honors your system's reduced-motion preference, works without JavaScript, and loads no third-party content.

What we have not measured — and therefore do not claim. Automated testing finds only a subset of accessibility barriers. This site has not yet had a manual expert audit or testing with assistive-technology users, so we do not claim WCAG conformance — we state our target and our measured state. If a manual audit changes this statement, the change will appear here with its date.

Known limitations. Automated testing currently identifies these: two full-height sections are sized against a viewport unit that a mobile browser measures with its toolbar retracted, so their content can sit under the browser's own chrome. If you find another, we want to know.
